WAFarmers welcome ongoing funding

WAFarmers has welcomed the Federal Government’s announcement that they will maintain current funding to the Rural Financial Counselling Service (RFCS). A report on the National Rural Advisory Council (NRAC) review of the free financial counselling scheme was tabled last November. Standard of WA roads in question

The collision of two heavy haulage trucks carrying grain near Amelup earlier this week highlights the poor state of rural roads, WAFarmers President Dale Park said. “Our roads are deteriorating rapidly and this is contributing to a serious decline in the safety of transport and travel in rural WA,” Mr Park said.
