WAFarmers sends message at Wagin

WAFarmers staged a peaceful protest today, flying a ‘Save Lives, Save Rail’ banner during WA Transport Minister Dean Nalder’s opening address at Wagin Woolorama. This protest was held to reiterate to Mr Nalder the organisation’s concern over the closures of Tier 3 rail lines in Western Australia. “The number of heavy truck movements has increased as a result of these closures, putting the safety of rural communities and road users at risk,” Mr Park said.
