Exciting speakers to headline progressive forum

Leading Ladies is proud to announce the four exciting ladies who will be leading the discussion at the group’s upcoming event.

Facilitated by 6PR announcer Jane Marwick, the Leading Ladies Cocktail Dinner and Panel Discussion on September 5 will be an opportunity to engage in progressive and thought-provoking discussion with four inspirational women from varying backgrounds.

Leading Ladies is an action group dedicated to teaching young people about where their food comes from. The urgency to meet this need is highlighted by the results of a survey which found only 25 per cent of Australian Year 6 students knew  cotton socks were a plant product.*

The first lady joining the panel is career educator Pam Moss, who has been with the Department of Education for more than 30 years.

From Meat and Livestock Australia, Veronique Droulez will join the discussion to share her insights on nutrition.

Bannister Downs Dairy Company managing director Sue Daubney will share her perspective on food marketing.

Young food producer and passionate agriculturalist Stephanie Tarlinton rounds out the panel, bringing her unique farm experience to the table.

Each panel member will make a short presentation throughout the event before fielding questions in an open panel discussion with attendees.

The event is open to everyone regardless of background or gender who shares a desire to ensure future generations know where their food comes from.
