The National Farmers’ Federation (NFF) is partnering with the Minerals Council and numerous other organisations to produce a document on the Fuel Tax Credit Scheme.
The document will outline the nature, reach and importance of current fuel tax credit (FTC) arrangements, more commonly known as the diesel fuel rebate, to Australian industries, communities and individuals with a particular focus on rural, regional and remote Australia.
The document will be presented to key decision-makers and political advisers, including urban, metropolitan and regional Members of Parliament, to help reduce the likelihood of risks to the rebate scheme.
The NFF invites individuals who have details or data about the use of diesel in their business and the impact of the diesel rebate function to provide this information for the project.
Comments are required as soon as possible to develop the document. If you are able to assist the NFF with this project please contact WAFarmers on (08) 9486 2100 or [email protected] with your name, email address and phone details.
