Participate in Wheatbelt Highway Safety Review

The Office of Road Safety has launched a Wheatbelt Highway Safety Review which will include in-depth analysis of a travel route’s road crash history, technical consideration and consultation with local stakeholders.People who live in the Wheatbelt are encouraged to participate in the consultation process.

Comments are sought on three routes:

  • The Great Eastern Highway
  • The Great Southern Highway
  • Toodyay Road

You can provide feedback on these routes using an interactive mapping website.  It will allow you to post your own comments along the review route and also see what others have to say. This information may relate to a broad range of issues and concerns, including near misses / unreported crashes, driver safety issues (e.g. speeding, fatigue, drink driving etc.), road conditions (e.g. road quality, design, signage, protective features, traffic conditions (e.g. traffic volume and vehicle mix) and other comments.
