WAFarmers has recorded an operating surplus for the first time since 2010, after recharging their finances and reconnecting with members over the past 12 months. The $22,382 surplus, achieved through a $140,000 turnaround from the previous year, was the result of hard work in aligning with the advocacy group’s five-year Re-charge, Re-connect Business Plan. While total income decreased by 1.7 per cent to $1.6 million, it was positively offset by a 9.6 per cent decrease
