Wool Council meeting – Woolpoll, funding for pests and diseases, and peak body (members only)

Reducing red tape for the bee industry

With the State government wishing to reduce red tape for the agricultural industry, WAFarmers has this week written to the Environment Minister, Albert Jacob, asking that when apiary permits are issued by the Department of Parks and Wildlife, that a clearing permit to clear and maintain the site be issued by the Department of Environment and Regulation at the same time for the duration of the apiary site permit.  Issuing both permits at the same
