The appropriate amendment regulations to implement the honey levy reforms had been made at the Federal Executive Council meeting held on 30 April, 2015.  The amendments have now been registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments and will all commence, as AHBIC’s submission requested, on 1 July, 2015.
