WAFarmers is pleased to announce it has entered a new relationship with livestock identification specialists Datamars in the interest of providing better value and support to members and rural communities.
WAFarmers members will receive a key ring in the shape of an ear tag printed with their WAFarmers membership number in the coming months, courtesy of Datamars. By quoting their membership number when ordering Datamars tags through selected retailers, members can receive quarterly offers while supporting their local economy.
“We are excited to be able to link our members with a company with a reputation for reliable and competitively-priced products, all while providing benefits to producers and their communities,” WAFarmers President Dale Park said.
Datamars Australia General Manager Tim Scott said as a regionally-based supplier of mandatory livestock identification products, the company was well aware of the importance of keeping profits in rural areas.
“We see our partnership with WAFarmers as a win for both members who receive greater value and also for businesses in local areas which rely on cash flow to keep rural economies vibrant,” Mr Scott said.
“Livestock producers can make a difference to their local community by choosing to spend their money where it equals support for regional towns.”
